By booking services with KHAOS Projection & AV Setup, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
All bookings must be confirmed with full payment or a deposit, as indicated during checkout. We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment is not completed on time.
Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the scheduled event will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable. You may request to reschedule based on availability.
You are responsible for ensuring the event location meets all technical requirements, including access to power, a flat surface for equipment, and weather protection for outdoor setups.
KHAOS is not liable for any injuries, damages, or delays caused by weather, unsafe environments, or technical restrictions at the venue. We reserve the right to refuse setup if conditions are unsafe.
All equipment provided by KHAOS must be used responsibly. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse may incur additional charges.
