Technical Requirements
To ensure a smooth setup and an excellent viewing experience, your event space must meet the following technical and safety conditions. These apply to both indoor and outdoor events.
1. Screen Dimensions & Clearance
Depending on the package selected:
- 120" screen: 104.6" × 58.8" (~8.7 ft × 4.9 ft) — ~2.65 m × 1.5 m
- 150" screen: 120" × 90" (~10 ft × 7.5 ft) — ~3.05 m × 2.3 m
Please allow an additional
2 ft (60 cm) of space on all sides of the screen for support legs and setup clearance.
2. Ceiling Height (Indoor Events)
Indoor spaces must meet the following minimum ceiling heights:
- 120" screen: Minimum 9 ft (~2.75 m)
- 150" screen: Minimum 10.5 ft (~3.2 m)
Ensure no light fixtures, fans, or other obstructions are in the way of the screen or projector path.
3. Projection Distance
For proper image size and focus, the projector must be placed:
- 15–20 ft (~4.5–6 m) from the screen
This space must remain completely clear of foot traffic and obstructions during the event.
4. Power Access
A grounded 110V outlet must be available within 25 ft (7.5 m) of the setup area. If outdoors, please ensure access to safe, weather-protected power or let us know in advance for generator options.
5. Setup Surface
- Flat, stable ground (no steep slopes, no sand or gravel)
- No furniture, trees, or obstacles in the setup zone
- For stairs or raised decks, please contact us in advance to confirm safety
6. Outdoor Events
For outdoor setups, please provide:
- Wind protection (fence, wall, hedge, or tent recommended)
- Dry and level surface (grass, concrete, or deck preferred)
- Backup indoor plan in case of unexpected weather
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule if the setup area is unsafe due to wind or rain.
